  • Every software system in the world has bugs because no system is perfect. If you happen to find a bug in the PodPlay system, we encourage you to notify your PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM) about any bugs you find.

  • When you reach out to the PodPlay CSM

    • Explain the objective you are trying to accomplish

    • Ask how the PodPlay system currently accomplishes said objective

    • Describe the bug you found that blocks you from accomplishing your objective

  • The PodPlay CSM will then

    • Investigate the potential bug

    • Attempt to replicate the potential bug

    • Share any bug found with the PodPlay Developers

    • Create a ticket for the PodPlay Developers to track the bug

    • Follow up with you to explain how and when the bug is going to be fixed
