What is a Replay Credit?

Replays are available to any Club on the Professional or Autonomous Plan

Customers who visit Clubs with the Replay functionality will have the option to capture a Replay from the Kiosk on the court or use Replay Credits in their account

Customers can view the number of Replay Credits available to them in the Account tab of the App, directly under their name

Additional Replay Credits can be provided to Members if the Club would like to offer this perk to the Members

• This means that Members would receive 5, 10, or 50 Replay Credits for each month they renew their Membership

The default amount of Replay Credits provided to all Customer Profiles is 5

• This Customer perk is set to 5 Replay Credits to incentivize the Customer to use them, build the habit of capturing Replays, and having a desire to then purchase more
