New Club Onboarding Process

Edited
  • The process starts with an in-depth demonstration and an ongoing discussion about the PodPlay System and how it can support your club/business. You’ll have the chance to discuss pricing and other contractual details.

  • Once the SOW is signed, our Developers and Customer Success team will create a Staging Environment for you. Think of this as a Sandbox where you can test and play the system before implementing a live Production Environment.

  • The onboarding process timeline will depend on the Club. Some PodPlay Clients will purchase a PodPlay plan before they open their venue. If this is the case, PodPlay will support the operational and construction needs of your venue. Some Clients will purchase a PodPlay plan after they open their venue. If this is the case, PodPlay will teach the venue staff how to use PodPlay software to efficiently and effectively operate the venue.
