What is a PodPlay Customer Success Manager?
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a PodPlay employee and your advocate and consultant for all things PodPlay.
What does the PodPlay CSM do?
They provide PodPlay education and troubleshooting. From the moment you sign a partnership agreement with PodPlay, they will be your point of contact and guide as you use PodPlay software to effectively and efficiently run your recreational center.
How do I contact the PodPlay CSM?
After you sign up with PodPlay, they will introduce themselves to you and build the communication channel you desire.
What does the PodPlay CSM help me with in the beginning?
The PodPlay CSM will help you onboard by training your staff on how to navigate and utilize your new PodPlay software.
What do I do if I cannot contact my PodPlay CSM?
Your PodPlay CSM will be available during their working hours. If you happen to reach out to them after working hours, they will respond when they begin work the next day.
What if my environment is down? Can I contact my PodPlay CSM then?
If your environment is down, reach out to your CSM and notify them the environment is down; they will quickly respond to you.
