When can a Reservation not be adjusted?

  • To ensure a more accurate record of Customer engagement and booking at the Club, the system has a cut-off time for when an Admin can no longer adjust a Reservation on the Dashboard

  • Here is a list of cut-off times for Admin intervention on a Reservation:

  • NOTE: these cut-off times also apply to Events

    • Admins

      • Cannot book something on the Dashboard 20 minutes past the half-hour mark (i.e. Admin books a Reservation at 8:20 am for an 8:00 am start time)

        • Can book something on the Dashboard 19 minutes into the past (i.e. Admin books a Reservation at 8:19 am for 8:00 am start time)

      • Cannot cancel 25 minutes into the past (i.e. a Reservation from 8:00 - 8:30 am cannot be canceled by an Admin at 8:25 am)

        • Can cancel something 24 minutes into the past (i.e. a Reservation from 8:00 - 8:30 am can be canceled by an Admin at 8:24 am)

      • Cannot Reschedule something after it is over (i.e. a Reservation from 8:00 - 8:30 am cannot be Rescheduled by an Admin 8:30 am)

        • Can Reschedule something before it is over (i.e. a Reservation from 8:00 - 8:30 am can be Rescheduled by an Admin to a later time in the day or another day entirely, before 8:30 am)

    • Customers

      • Cannot book something on the Book tab of the app 20 minutes into the past (i.e. Customer tries to book at 8:20 am for an 8:00 am start time)

        • Can book something on the Book tab of the app 19 minutes into the past (i.e. Customer tries to book at 8:19 am for an 8:00 am start time)

      • Cannot cancel 25 minutes into the past (i.e. a Reservation from 8:00 - 8:30 am cannot be canceled at 8:25 am)

        • Can cancel something 24 minutes into the past (i.e. a Reservation from 8:00 - 8:30 am can be canceled at 8:24 am)
