Failed Charges with Bill Splitting
If a Reservation is booked by a Customer who then invites their friend to split the bill of the Reservation, there is a chance the invitee will have a charge failure
When an invitee has a failed charge, even if every charge fails for the Customers who were invited to the Reservation by the Reservation Holder, the revenue for the Club is not lost
This is why a hold for the full amount of the court is placed on the Reservation Holder’s credit card (cc)

When there is a charge failure on a Reservation with Bill Splitting, there are two ways the remaining balance can be distributed based on the Court+ Pricing model’s two forms:
Inviter covers: Reservation Holder covers for the invitee who had a charge failure, and the other invitees pay their share
As an example:
A Reservation is booked for $44
The Reservation Holder invites three of their friends
Each invitee would be charged $11 at the end of the Reservation
One invitee has a charge failure
At the end of the Reservation, the Reservation Holder is charge $22 and the other two invitees are charged $11 respectively
Equally: the balance of the court is shared equally amongst the Reservation Holder and remaining invitees
In the same example:
A Reservation is booked for $44
The Reservation Holder invites three of their friends
Each invitee would be charged $11 at the end of the Reservation
One invitee has a charge failure
At the end of the Reservation, the Reservation Holder and the two remaining invitees split the $44 charge equally, resulting in a $14.67 charge each
In both Court+ pricing model forms, if the Club has elected to include a Non-member fee ($n), any Non-members participating in the Reservation will have a hold put on their card for their share of the Reservation + $n
Only the Non-member will pay their respective $n
NOTE: some banks will stop a charge that had a hold placed on a cc for $11, and then when trying to charge the card, the amount is higher
As a necessary fall-back measure for the Court+ pricing model form of Equally, the Reservation Holder will cover any and all failed charges
Meaning, if one invitee has a failed charge that results in the remaining Customers on the Reservation being charged more, the Reservation Holder will cover the 1st and 2nd failed charges, up to the total amount of the Reservation they booked
