Create a Custom Replay from the Dashboard

  • If an Admin wants to create a Custom Replay, they can do so inside the Dashboard

    • NOTE: a Replay can only be captured if a Reservation or Event is running. Meaning, if an Event runs until 2 pm, and there is no Reservation or Event form 2 - 3 pm, even if Customers are on the court still playing at 2:30, the system will not record Replays the Custom Captures.

  • For an Admin to create a Custom Replay, they will:

    • Navigate to the preferred Reservation or Event

    • Click on the Purchases tab

    • Click on the + Replay button

    • Choose a desired Start Time for the Custom Replay

    • Click OK

      • NOTE: be sure to click the blue OK button, or the Start Time will not save

    • Type in the length of the Custom Replay

      • NOTE: Custom Replays cannot be longer than 59 minutes

      • If an Admin wants to create a Custom Replay for an Event or Reservation that is longer than one hour, create a few Custom Replays of varying lengths

    • Click the blue button Create Replay

  • The Admin will then see the Custom Replay is ordered

    • It will take some time if the Replay is longer, so come back to the Reservation or Event in an hour or so

  • NOTE: Custom Replays cannot be generated 48 hours after the Reservation or Event is over
