Generate a Customer Receipt

An Admin or Manager can generate a Receipt for a Customer if they ask for it. For an Admin to create a Receipt for a single charge:
Find the specific charge
This charge could be inside a Reservation, Event, or the Customer Profile
Navigate to the Purchase tab (of the Reservation, Event, or inside the Customer Profile)
Click on the specific charge
Scroll down in the new side panel and click on the three vertical dots, then click Download receipt
Notice how the Receipt is now downloading in your browser
Open the Receipt or send directly to the Customer who requested it
