Generate a Customer Receipt

An Admin or Manager can generate a Receipt for a Customer if they ask for it. For an Admin to create a Receipt for a single charge:

  • Find the specific charge

    • This charge could be inside a Reservation, Event, or the Customer Profile

  • Navigate to the Purchase tab (of the Reservation, Event, or inside the Customer Profile)

  • Click on the specific charge

  • Scroll down in the new side panel and click on the three vertical dots, then click Download receipt

  • Notice how the Receipt is now downloading in your browser

  • Open the Receipt or send directly to the Customer who requested it
