Are we able to provide Gift Cards to our Customers?
Yes! You can provide Gift Cards to your Customers. This is a big ask around the holidays, though it is frequently asked for throughout the year.
If you would like to provide Gift Cards to your Customers, here’s how you would do it:
Receive a request for a Gift Card
Identify if the Gift Card is for an existing Customer or a new Customer (new meaning not in your Club’s system yet)
If the Gift Card is for an existing Customer, follow this process:
If the Gift Card is for a new Customer (not already inside your system), follow this process:
Create a Purchases on the Customer who is buying the Gift Card
Write in the details of the Gift Card purchase, including who the Gift Card is for
Deposit Credits into the Customer’s Account who is receiving the Gift Card
And if the Customer who is purchasing the Gift Card wants the Customer receiving the Gift Card to receive an email about their Gift Card, the Club will
Manually send an email about the Gift Card details
