How can I ensure my staff is not charged for their Replay?

You can provide your employees with Free Quick Replays. To do this:
Navigate to their Profile in the Customer page of the Dashboard
Scroll down to the Free Quick Replays section in the Overview tab
Type in a high numerical value, like 10,000
Now when your staff is booking a Reservation or building an Event, they will not be charged for Replays
