Process Errors - the Booker needs to know how many participants are playing at time of booking and select the correct player count
Increased Price - if invitees don’t accept, Booker is must cover their cost
Poor CX - the Booker is often surprised because they didn’t know the invitees weren’t going to join
Stick Philosophy - introduces a “Stick” to Booker through a higher cost in the end
Extra Charge - potential for invitees in the Reservation to pay more than the total cost of the regular court (if incorrect participant quantity is selected)
Credits - the Booker cannot cover for their invitees using Credits

Club Disadvantages
Operationally intensive with more room for error

Staff becomes an enforcer for Booker and Players to accept invitations
Staff must update the Reservation from the Dashboard for different Participant quantities
Staff must charge for differing participant quantity or refund if no-show
