Cancel a Membership

  • When a Customer wants to cancel their membership, or if an Admin wants to cancel a Customer’s membership, these are both accomplished in the same way.

  • To cancel a membership, an Admin will

    • Navigate to the Customer page of the Dashboard

    • Search for the Customer in question

    • Click into the Customer’s Profile

    • Scroll down to the Membership in the Overview tab of the side panel

    • Click on the blue Membership flag to edit the Membership

    • Notice a new Membership side panel pops up

    • Click on Cancel

  • The Membership will remain active until the end of the Customer’s subscription
