Add or Charge a Customer Credits

To give a Customer some Credits, an Admin can:
Navigate to the Customer page of the Dashboard
Search for the Customer’s name
Open the Customer’s Profile
Click on the pencil icon next to the Credit section
Notice the Credit history drawer
Add (or Charge) for a specific value of Credits
Notice the “Add” button can be clicked on and the Customer can be “Charged” for Credits if needed, thereby reducing the Credit quantity
Type in a reason for Adding (or Charging) the Customer for Credits
Click the blue Add button
Now the Customer will have Credits to use for Reservation bookings and Event signups
And the Credit history drawer can be opened to review all of the previous Additions or Charges to the Customer’s Profile
