Add or Charge a Customer Credits

To give a Customer some Credits, an Admin can:

  • Navigate to the Customer page of the Dashboard

  • Search for the Customer’s name

  • Open the Customer’s Profile

  • Click on the pencil icon next to the Credit section

    • Notice the Credit history drawer

  • Add (or Charge) for a specific value of Credits

    • Notice the “Add” button can be clicked on and the Customer can be “Charged” for Credits if needed, thereby reducing the Credit quantity

  • Type in a reason for Adding (or Charging) the Customer for Credits

  • Click the blue Add button

  • Now the Customer will have Credits to use for Reservation bookings and Event signups

  • And the Credit history drawer can be opened to review all of the previous Additions or Charges to the Customer’s Profile
