Virtual Credits in PodPlay

Credits are a 1-for-1 dollar value inside a Customer’s Account, like store credit for a retailer. Credits will have a dollar sign next to your business name. For example, if your business name is Sports Center, the Credits will appear as $SC.
Credits can be used to book a Reservation, participate in an Event, or buy something with the help of the Club’s Admin in the back end Dashboard.
A Customer can view their Credits inside of their Account tab in the App.
A customer would have Credits on their account for several reasons:
A Refunds may have been provided
A Gift Cards may have bee purchased (by them or for another Customer)
