How do Customers view their Replays?

  • Replays are available at the end of a Reservation or Event. These Replays will be emailed to all Customers who have signed up on the Reservation, and will be visible inside of the App.

  • Once a Replay is captured, it is stored on the Customer’s Account. If the Customer wants to view the Replay, they can

    • Open their App/Web App

    • Navigate to the Account tab at the bottom

    • Click on the button labeled Favorite replays

      • In this space lives a collection of the Replays each Customer has given a heart

  • Or, a Customer can

    • Open their App/Web App

    • Navigate to the Reservation tab at the bottom

    • Click on the top tab labeled History

    • Click on a specific previous Reservation or Event that holds a Replay
