What is a Quick Replay?

A Quick Replay is a feature of the PodPlay Pro and Autonomous Plan that allows Customers to capture exciting moments in their gameplay

A Quick Replay is an excellent way for your Customers to market on behalf of your Club, through a natural use of social media and Customer engagement with your Club’s software

Below is an example of a Quick Replay:

If a Customer wants to capture a Quick Replay, they can hold down the Play Button or tap on the kiosk next to the court, telling the system to cut and splice the last 25 seconds before they clicked the Play Button

Each Quick Replay that is captured is associated with a specific court/table

• Meaning, if a Customer is playing on court 2, and they hit the Replay button on the kiosk or hold down the Play Button, the PodPlay system will know that the last 25 seconds of court 2 is a Replay

The system will then cut and splice the replay camera feed from court 2 and later send it via email to all the Customers playing in the booked Reservation or the Event that was on that court and other courts

• If there are other Quick Replays captured during that Reservation or Event, all of the Quick Replays are sent to all Customers attending

If a Customer wants to capture a Replay longer than 25-seconds, this is called a Custom Replay
