Quick Replay Cost
A Quick Replay is the Replay that is created when a Customer hits the Replay button on the side of a court and is 25 seconds long
The cost of a Quick Replay is $0.50 per Replay
When a Customer is on a Reservation
The Reservation Owner is the Customer who is charged for the Quick Replays
The system charges the Reservation Owner because that is the Customer who has a hold on their credit card and thus is responsible for all Quick Replays captured during the duration of the Reservation
If the Reservation Owner has Replay Credits, they are not charged for any Replays captured, until they run out of Replay Credits

If the Reservation Owner does not have any Replay Credits, they are charged $0.50 / Replay captured, and this cost, depending on how many Replays are captured, is charged in an aggregated amount
Meaning, if there are 4 Replays captures and the Customer did not have any Replay Credits, the Reservation Owner would be charged an additional $2 at the end of the Reservation
When a Customer is participating in an Event
When Customers participate in an Event, the cost of the Quick Replays captured is $0 because all Quick Replays are pulled from the Club Admin who created the Event
Meaning, the Customers participating in an Event can capture as many Quick Replays as they want at no cost
