Running a Membership Promotion

As Club Admins, you have a couple of options on how to run a Membership promotion. If you have any questions, reach out to your PodPlay CSM for guidance and assistance.


Membership Promotion

  1. Offer Credits with a Membership

    1. With the help of your PodPlay CSM, Credits can be connected to a Membership

    2. Memberships can either have:

      1. Welcome Credits - a bundle of Credits provided only once to the Customer upon purchasing their Membership

      2. Monthly Credits - a bundle of Credits provided every month to the Customer with their Membership renewal

    3. The Customer can use their Credits during checkout for:

      1. Reservation bookings and Event signup

  2. Lower the Membership cost

    1. You can lower the pricing on a Membership for a limited time

      1. Contact your PodPlay CSM to lower the price on the chosen Membership

      2. Communicate with your PodPlay CSM for when to raise the price back to the original cost

  3. Limit the number of Memberships available

    1. By limiting the number of possible Membership purchases, the Membership will be marked as “Sold Out” when the limit is reached

  4. Create Member-only Events and leverage the FOMO feature

    1. By using the FOMO feature, Customers who are Non-members will be able to see Events and will not be able to signup for the Event early unless they buy a Membership

      1. By showcasing the Event and allowing Members to signup before Non-members, the Event is more likely to fill with your more valued Customers first
