Capturing Custom Replays and Cost
Customers who attend a Reservation or Event can capture longer Replays than the Quick Replays once the Reservation or Event is over
If the Customer wants to capture more time in a Replay from their matches, they can
Open your Club’s App
Navigate to the Reservation tab at the bottom
Click on the top tab labeled History
Click on a specific previous Reservation or Event
Scroll to the bottom
Review the options beneath any captured Replays in a carousel during the Reservation or Event
This section beneath the carousel of Quick Replays is labeled “Custom replay”

Here, a Customer has the option, for 48 hours, to choose if they want to buy a Custom Replay
After 48 hours, the option to capture a Custom Replay will disappear

The cost of a Custom Replay is:
$5 for up to 14 minutes
$10 for between 15 - 29 minutes
$15 for between 30 - 60 minutes
If the Club would like to give a Custom Replay to a Customer free of charge, an Admin can generate a Custom Replay from the Dashboard
