Replay Package for Private Events

As a reminder, the Private Event type Event is generally used for birthday parties, corporate events, and events across multiple courts. These Events are usually not visible to the public or for general Customer signup.

Customers will call the Club to host a Private Event at your venue. This gives your Club the opportunity to charge the event planner more for the option to capture Replays during an Event.

This works by offering the host of the Private Event a pricing scale. As an example:

• A Customer calls the club and wants to host a birthday party for four hours on five courts

  • The cost of the birthday party is = $1,000 without Replays

  • The cost of the birthday party is = $1,250 with Replays

• The Customer can now choose to give their guests the option to capture Quick Replays during the birthday party or not. Once the party is booked, the Private Event host can then send out invites to their anticipated attendees.

Please remember to give your Event Coordinator Replay Credits so they are not charged for any Replays captured during the Private Event.
