Replay Overview

• These are 25-seconds and are captured each time someone clicks the Replay button (on the Play Button or the kiosk)

• All of the Quick Replays are sent to the Customer via email and are inside their app

• These Replays are $0.50 / Replay

• We allow for advertisement watermarks on this Replay! Provide a logo in SVG format to your PodPlay CSM and let them know you want to add these to your Quick Replays

• These are 10-seconds and play on the monitor and they will show up throughout the Reservation/Event

• If someone clicks the "Skip" button, they will not show for the duration of the Reservation/Event

• To have the Instant Replays show on the monitor again, click the "Show" button

• There is an opportunity here to have a watermark for advertisements

• These can be captured by the Customer from the App or by an Admin from the Dashboard once a Reservation/Event has ended

• The price of these Custom Replays ranges from $5 - $15, depending on how long the Custom Replay

• We've seen Coaches use Custom Replays as a way to help instruct the Customer after the lessons

• Allowing your Coaches to leverage this is up to you

The length of the Quick or Instant Replays cannot be adjusted. The length of the Custom Replay is adjustable by design.

The Video Retention Policy is to retain the Replay camera footage for 48 hours before deleting it forever. If someone captures a Replay within these 48 hours, those Replays are inside the app or sent to the Customer via email and are not currently deleted.
